How do I return an item?

We will happily refund or exchange any item.
Before returning any goods, it is necessary to obtain a Returns Number (RN) which you can get by emailing services@
Quote your invoice number or order number when requesting a Returns Number.

Returned goods must be unused in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. We recommend using a “signed for” post or delivery service.

Once we receive the goods, we will credit the card or PayPal account which was used to purchase the items. This may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds. The value of goods will be refunded, postage and packaging is non-refundable.

Faulty Goods

If the item you have purchased is faulty, please contact us to obtain a returns number and send it back to us.
Goods damaged through negligence are non-refundable.
